3. Eligibility

To use LaunchPad, you must be at least 13 years of age. By registering, you affirm that:

  • You accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are required to create an account to access most features of LaunchPad. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,

  • All activity that occurs under your account,

  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Course Enrollment and Subscriptions

LaunchPad offers both free and paid content. Paid content includes:

  • Premium courses,

  • Pro-level events and webinars,

  • Specialized entrepreneurial programs.

All payments made for courses, subscriptions, or live events are non-refundable, regardless of course completion or access status.

6. Instructor Contributions

Instructors on LaunchPad can:

  • Publish courses, webinars, and learning materials,

  • Receive recognition for contributions via featured listings and analytics,

  • Integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Drive) for content delivery.

🔐 Content Usage Rights

LaunchPad reserves the right to:

  • Review, approve, and publish instructor content,

  • Remove or restrict access to content that violates any part of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Third-Party App Integration

The platform allows integration with third-party tools and services (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) for live classes, content sharing, and instructor tools. By using these integrations, you agree to their individual terms and data policies.

LaunchPad does not sell or share any user data with third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on LaunchPad—including but not limited to text, video, graphics, logos, icons, software, and instructor materials—is protected by intellectual property laws and is the sole property of LaunchPad or its licensors.

LaunchPad reserves the right to restrict access or remove accounts violating these rules without prior notice.

10. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account, access to courses, or use of the platform at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms,

  • Infringement of IP rights,

  • Abusive or fraudulent behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

LaunchPad and its managing or owning entities are not responsible for:

  • User reliance on any content provided on the platform,

  • Technical interruptions or platform downtime,

  • Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

All content is provided “as-is” with no guarantees of accuracy or completeness.
